Delivery Charges:
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over 60.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
FREE DELIVERYorders should reach you within 3-5 working days of date of order (dependant on a cleared payment and product availability), but please allow a maximum of 7 working days. All schedules are however subject to item availability. We aim to hold good stock of all products although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible.

Our website:
Is updated daily to reflect out of stock items. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you email you with approximate delivery time. If at this point you do not wish to continue with the order, we will refund you in full. Back ordered stock on multiple item orders will be sent out as soon as possible, after the main order at our own expense.

Overseas Customers:
Times and delivery prices quoted are based on UK mainland deliveries.

Orders and payment methods:
You may order items through our website, by calling our Customer Care number on 01708 457 993 or via e-mail or the post. Ordering Online Payments can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Credit/Debit Card * Visa * Mastercard * Solo * Delta * Eurocard Card payments will be debited and cleared by Paypal secure online payment services. For more information visit http://www.paypal.co.uk. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Once your on-line order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endevour to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.

Other ordering and payment methods:
If you do not wish to order online, we happily accept orders by telephone, email or post. Please ensure you include all contact details and product codes with sizes and quantities. Payments may be made by any of the listed credit/debit cards or by cheque or postal order made payable to Bombki and sent to: Bombki, 26 Laburnum Ave, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 4A. We will phone to confirm receipt of order.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are unhappy or have just changed your mind, simply return the product to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange with a letter stating the reasons for returning the item. Items should be returned to the address sent in with the dispatch note. Goods must be unused and in perfect condition (including product packaging). We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage, however should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully. We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
